eBay fraud? Postal address in Nigeria.

I posted an iphone 6 on eBay and within a few hours someone asked several questions about the condition of the phone and then offered £600 for it shortly. I'm not sure whether or not this is a scam as Paypal forums and Google have shown a lot of fraud and scams from Nigeria addresses. Here is the message logs on eBay.

Them:

What's the condition of this item?
Is this the genuine phone and not the replica version??
Also,hope it's not locked to icloud/FindMyIphone?

Me:

Hello there,

I purchased the iPhone from the apple store on the first day it was released so it is the genuine product, you can even check the warranty for it on the apple website. I have factory reset the phone so it shouldn't be locked to anything as all the settings and data have been erased.

I have used this phone for several months and have kept it in a very good condition, there are almost no scratches mark as it was protected since day 1.

The headphones aren't included as I have used them.

Them:

I will pay £600 including p&p via Royal Mail international signed for outside UK..Pls,get back to me with your PayPal email address for me to make out the payment.

Thanks

Me:

May I ask, what is the country of your address? Usually I don't like to ship abroad but I can do this for you.

Him:

Here is the shipping address below:

Bright Ike
44,Olayinka Street
Ijeshatedo,Lagos
23401,NGR

The postage fee via royal mail international signed for is £15

Should I risk it and give them my paypal and see if they send the payment?

Their eBay profile shows 38 positive feedback rating and most of the comments are positive

The only worry I have is that even if they do send the payment, it is possible for them to reverse it?

THIS IS A TYPICAL PAYPAL SCAM.

They encourage you to use paypal and often ask you to send the item as a gift to a relative somewhere often Nigeria.

They use hijacked ebay accounts.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.

It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.

They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

They also threaten legal action...have a laugh at that one and ignore it as its rubbish.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.
