I sold a jumper and jean set, for £1.04, the postage I had listed for italy was £3.00, when I went to the post office it was £5.20, the seller is now claiming £2.02 half of the postage and item, she has claimed that I had them listed as 2-3 but actually they are 18-24M, she has advised that the jumper is too small but the jeans are OK ( they were both the same size)
my original e mail was to return the items ( even though I take no refunds), she has now e mailed me back confirming postage will be euros 40
what shall I do

Hey there,
Unless there is a case open then you are not obliged to issue a refund. If a claim is open and we decide in their favour, we will request they return the items to you at their expense. The seller doesn’t have to cover the return postage costs.
