Hi,
I sold an item on Ebay and sent it to the buyer's address that was given via Paypal. The delivery was refused and the item was returned, it turns out the buyer no longer lives at the address he has listed. The buyer is now asking me to deliver the item to another address but I'm very weary of this as I won't be covered by the Seller's Protection.
I had a problem last year where I sent something to an unregistered address and got **bleep** and this was an expensive item so I can't afford for it to happen again.
Has anyone got any thoughts? I'm thinking I should just refund them and sell the item to someone else.
Thanks

i agree, if he can't be bothered to update his address then i would not bother to re-send it to him.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I've emailed Paypal to see what they think, just hoping the buyer doesn't open a dispute which is what happened last time
