Has anybody else had this issue where paypal claims refund is competed but payment was never received back into the account? This is not a matter of days until the payment comes back as this goes back to Jan 9,2018 and its now Feb 2, 2018. After numerous attempts to get this sorted with paypal still no response from them. I have also asked the customer in Russia if they had followed up regarding the issue from their end and Russian Paypal team claims that the funds had left his account however I still have no sign of the payment from mine.
Has this happened to anyone? Any other suggestions on how to approach this?
