Pending money

I have pending money in my account because of my new ebay accout. It says it's holding my money for 21 days or until the item has been received smoothly. The items landed to the correct place and I have very positive feedback so how can I get my money release sooner

New seller hold that every new seller goes through.
Positive feedback is not one of the criteria for early release of funds.

Normally funds are released once tracking shows the item as delivered to the buyer plus 3 days.
