Merchant fees

Hi,

last month i reach my monthly sales 15K+ more precisely £15,153.94 like show on ebay and paypalactivity. So my question why my merchant fee are not go dont to rate 1.9% + 20p but stay same rate 2.4% + 20p. Should i contat paypal?

To receive discounted fees you must log onto your PayPal account and apply. This can be done from PayPal's fees page.

I already apply 3 months ago, so i reach next limit but rate are not changed.

I applied 3 months ago an my start date was 27th. Today is 29th and my sales is over 15k+ but my rate are not changed.
