I thought it is either when good feedback is left or a timeframe of 21 days is complete that the funds are not held as pending anymore. Perhaps Im not correct here, but Im sure I read it somewhere.
It seems afully unfair that the seller has to be so vunerable.

Its an ebay hold not a paypal hold.
Feedback does not count for payment release.
From EBAYS pages >>>
eBay payment hold for new sellers | While you establish your selling track record, funds from buyer payments may be delayed. Generally, holds stay on until 7 days after the estimated delivery date or 3 days after confirmed delivery. If there's a problem or a case after the delivery, another hold will be placed until the case is resolved. You’ll be considered an established seller once:

Ok, thanks for your reply!
But Its been over a week on both items and over 2 weeks on one, and still nothing. I have had posotive feedback for both and both have been confirmed as delivered with no problems or disputes.

did you read the bit where i said positive feedback has no bearing on payment release??
its 7 days AFTER estimated delivery so it depends where you how you sent it and how long it would take to get there.
much quicker if you add a tracking number as CONFIRMED delivery means your tracking number has shown the item as delivered.
