I thought it is either when good feedback is left or a timeframe of 21 days is complete that the funds are not held as pending anymore. Perhaps Im not correct here, but Im sure I read it somewhere.
It seems afully unfair that the seller has to be so vunerable.
While you establish your selling track record, funds from buyer payments may be delayed. Generally, holds stay on until 7 days after the estimated delivery date or 3 days after confirmed delivery. If there's a problem or a case after the delivery, another hold will be placed until the case is resolved.
You’ll be considered an established seller once:
It’s been more than 90 days since your first successful sale
You’ve had more than 25 transactions and more than £165 in sales

But Its been over a week on both items and over 2 weeks on one, and still nothing. I have had posotive feedback for both and both have been confirmed as delivered with no problems or disputes.
Hi Thank you and yes i did read that part. I also added tracking numbers. On both ebay and paypal. Its been after 7 days on bith items. Its also been more than a couple of weeks on one which clearly shows its been delivered. Ok feedback plays no role... which seems really stupid. But everything is still pending. Ive been limited... then unlimited.... ebay has limited me twice then unlimited me after i did the exact same thing for them a second time. Ebay and paypal want you to jump through hoops. They make it difficult for you to do anything. Overcharge you. Limit you and remove all your items when you have bidders and watchers without good reason then call it routine. When all they have to do is query you first to give you a chance to provide what they want. Not remove all your listings first then ask for something you already gave. Plus all your bidders get a message making you look like a fraudster so they wont ever bid on your item again. Their methods are borderline criminal. Abusive, Judgemental, and costly.
