So on eBay I sold this guy a membership card and told him I'll send code via private msging than ship card and he paid and I sent him the code and everything worked perfectly, but then when I opened paypal it said what he paid was pending and not available and I have to wait 21 days cause to make sure buyer gets shipped item but I didn't ship the item I gave him the code and he redeemed it so do I have to wait the 21 days to get the money for no reason?
