Hacked

My eBay account was recently hacked someone put an Xbox on for sale without my knowledge I had over £1,000 in my PayPal account once I noticed I contacted eBay they issue refunds and so on but I have claims outstanding on my account that has been kind of resolved the items that I am selling some have been sold I'm a single man living on his own all of my money goes on my bills have no spare money so tried to transfer money from PayPal to my bank to pay for shipping for these items turns out there is a limit on my account because of the issues so now have no money to pay for shipping and have some buyers asking where their items are try to explain but you know what people are like just assume the worst I have 100% positive feedback over around 80 transactions so it's obvious I'm not here to rip people off but like I said I can not access my money to send anything and I think people are going to open more cases against me therefore putting more limit on my PayPal account so cannot access money to ship the paid items out what the **bleep** do I do

Paypal Contact Info.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
