Hi Carolinesmith08,

Welcome to our Community and please try not to worry.

PayPal usually places a limitation on your account to request some additional information about the recent account activity.

This will happen to most of our customer at some point or other and can be resolved swiftly once our specialists receive the information they've asked for.

Is there a particular step you're having trouble with though, as I'd like to do my best to help 🙂

Conor
