I will try to make it fast and simple.
I sold a game account with my ID scan so the account can't be recovered by me. The payment was sent before me giving out all the information for the actual game account (Virtual item, World of Warcraft).
The payment was Held when sent and I had a message to NOT SHIP until payment clears. 30 minutes later, get an email "OK TO SHIP", same thing in my Paypal account so I sent all the informations.
The next day (or few days?!?), the payment was HELD with the message: "Inquiry by Paypal" so I responded to the dispute/claim or what ever you call it and got in contact with the buyer.
It's been one week and half since Paypal opened the dispute/claim and nothing was updated yet. I sent an email to the dispute departement, it says 24-72 hours...It's been like 1 week and never got a responce.
Any admin can help me solve ? I have to buy something online, the guy placed the item on pending for me, but won't give me much time until he let it go to someone else.
Thanks alot everyone who will help.
BTW I tried calling Paypal but the number says it was a long distance call so I didn't get in touch with anyone.

You can check the status of your case by clicking on Resolution Center (under my account). If you are still not sure what the status of the case is I would call PayPal directly and speak to a representative about the case.
