IM WONDERING THIS BECAUSE MY MOM WONT PUT HER CREDIT CARD ON IT BECAUSE SHE THINKS ITS NOT SAFE IF I CAN GET AN ADMIN TO HELP

Paypal is as safe as any other system out there.

i have never had an issue with paypal. I have bought and sold $100000's over the years with many disputes and issues. paypal has always stuck to their rules and has been fine. sometimes i don't like the results. 

it's probably the safest online.

As for credit cards. It is, IMHO, much better to use a credit card through paypal than just a credit card online.

1. Paypal is big, and has the best ability to protect it's data. If not for your safety but to protect their profit center.

2. You give out your credit card once to paypal and then buy wherever. Use your credit card online and you give the info to lots of peole and systems. 

3. Paypal adds a layer of protection. You still have your credit card protection as well.
