Count on the fact that there will be fees involved. Even worse are the usery rates that paypal charges for converting curriencies. Almost loansharking rates! And dont forget about that wonderful purchase protection. If USPS says it was delivered even though it was not! Then your claim for an item not recieved is tossed even without even a response from paypal!
