Okay so because I used an outside source to but purchase an item through Paypal, they charged me in two seperate payments because shipping prices were always different. so I got first cahrged for the object then I got charged for the shipping in a seperate payment the next day. Now it's been 5 weeks and I stil haven't recieved it and I want to open a dispute about it but don't know how because I have two sepearte payments on the same thing that I need to dispute which both have thier own transaction IDs
