Hey guys, so I have a business account I opened in Lesotho and now I'm back to Nigeria. My account was locked for 6 months and now I can access it to make withdrawal of my litfunds left but I can't seem to login into my account via the Website to add either my bank or card details. Ps, I can login via app and see my balance but can't add bank or card details due to the app lacking such features for now. Has anyone experienced this??? The prompt message says " we're having trouble making sure it's you " help me please. I'm in need of cash at the moment.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. Unfortunately you are now in a country ie Nigeria that can't receive or withdraw paypal payments as its not supported in Nigeria. In Nigeria they can only 'send' payments funded via a visa credit card.

I can't send nor receive via that particular account right now and I've complained about it. I was told to add a US bank account or link a card which I am willing to but I can't login via website and make the necessary changes required to proceed with the process.

As I said you can't use a country specific paypal account in another country, especially ones where the receiving and withdrawal options are not supported.
