Hi,
My PayPal account is under limitation and on hold for 180 days and probably for life. I can't receive or send any money. Today a friend sent me the money and his transaction was completed the money was withdrawn from his account but on my account there the money is not seen in any shape. How come he could send me the money since I am under limitation? And where is that money?

Hello @mart101,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear your account has been permanently limited. Normally, when an account is limited in that manner, you're right - you cannot send or receive money. I would recommend your friend review the status of that payment to see if it actually was completed or if what they are seeing is just an authorization on their bank / card. If it was completed, I'd recommend they reach out to PayPal Customer Support for further review.
Good luck!
