fraud but it's a Friends and family‘ payment - the trust is breached

Hello All

I have been tricked on the Transaction ID 3WT49857VG9027441. (but it's a Friends and family‘ payment - the trust is breached)

I needed some assistance

If they say they will only accept friends/family then you buy elsewhere surely?

It clearly states when you go to make a friends/family payment that there is 0 buyer protection so if you go ahead the risk is yours.

yes I have written confirmation, he wrote : ""but only if he told you that you had to pay using the friends/family option.""

I shall use the ''report option'', i.e if I can find it in the myriad of paypal site complexities.[ The site seems to have all, except really help genuine customers in my humble opinion] - support agents are not there , phone is a 'robot' , so is the chat . The whole Paypal system is like: don't bother us please. ... I think I am very lucky to come across some human form here on this forum , at least ... 🙂
and I will also contact my Credit card coy. (Mastercard) and see if I can get anything out of this mess. The amount is not huge (just 50 euros) but the bitter feeling inside .....hmmm.

For the report option click on LEGAL bottom of this page (small print) > acceptable use policy > scroll down to near the bottom and click on report.

1. ya but would  the likely outcomes if he does advertise only accepting F&F payment only  does it open a dispute and possibly a charge back ? also does that include digital goods ? like paying for service then get blocked after the payment ? i understand it is me who agreed to his conditions but the seller set them with the intent to scam ! am really confused cause every1 only accepting
