Paypal closed the case to seller's favour after providing confirmation from UPS that they delivered to the wrong address. I sent screenshot from tracking shows wrong address, fake signature because someone else signed the package, proof of delivery confirmation from UPS showing wrong address and my case still denied. What else I can do? Go to police or report paypal or the merchant at the consumer protection in my country? Feels like both the merchant and paypal trying to scam me.
