account limitation

Hello, I would like to know if i can get my limitation off my account cause i had this bank account linked on my paypal account that is limited right now and i can't no more link the same bank account to my new paypal account, please someone help me because paypal is very important in my life

If you have a limitation on a paypal account then you are not allowed to open a new account.

If you don't resolve the issue on the other paypal account then you may risk both being permanently limited.
