Hello. I recently created a personal PayPal account to withdraw profits from my official business in Georgia. I have a Sole Proprietor bank account in Georgia since I moved to this country. Today my access to PayPal was permanently restricted, please help. The first transaction into my account was from a close friend and did not involve any service or sale.
And here is the error indicator - PP-L-489594829866

IGNORE THE SCAMMER @Technicals AS THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYPAL.
THEY ARE POSTING THE SAME ANSWER TO LOADS OF QUESTIONS ON THIS FORUM TO TRY AND SCAM FOLKS.
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
