Yiu can't use PayPal anymore At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services. Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money. Reference ID: PP-L-315080584539 How do seal with this problem? I even can't delete my PayPal account as firstly I need to solve this limitation. Who can help me and what I can do in this regard? Help me please 🥺

Sounds as if you were trying to sell things and accept payments for them which is not allowed in your country as you can only accept gift payments via the friends/family option???

 

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

I want to clarify that I have not conducted any sales through this account. In fact, there are no transaction records associated with this account. I created this account two years ago and have not used it since 2022. Additionally, I did not link my Passport ID to this account, as I received an email requesting this information but did not complete it since I was not using the account at the time. And for these two reasons I received permanent ban. Now that I need to use this account, I discovered that it has been permanently banned. Can the inactivity or the lack of linking my Passport ID be the reason for this ban? Is it possible to resolve this situation by creating a new account? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
