I need some advice here.
We design and make silicone sex toys and we wish to sell them on our website and then have PayPal as the credit card merchant.
Even though the website has not been launched, PayPal has suspended my account.
My question is, there are other online shops that sell sex products and use PayPal as their merchant, so why can i not do that?
On my website, there is NO nudity at all. Just toys for Adult sexual wellbeing.
So, why is Paypal so rigid for some sellers and not for other sellers?
Thanks

for three reasons:
- Paypal does not say that approval is required first
- I read the terms and conditions of use in the "adult articles" section and I fall within the permitted ranges
- Other sites with more explicit images and texts use Paypal
