Very similar to my experience with DSDSLIFE . I purchased a Eufy360 Solar camera but dsdslife sent a cheap copy that wasn't even solar powered and so was completely useless.
I complained first to t dsdslife but they said it was "a mistake" and offered a US$5 refund (I'd paid US$61.35).
I reported this to PayPal but they just referred me back to dsdslife who, after a number of offers finally only offered a US$13 refund unless I returned the camera to them (at a shipping cost of US$45).
Paypal just closed the complaint without any recourse for me to continue or any way for me to contact them to discuss further.
I'm going to close my PayPal account and refer this to my Credit Card company.

Hi,
I am in the same situation.
I was in contact with the seller and Paypal, who then closed my case, even though I responded within the given time frame.
So much for buyer protection from Paypal.
