Unauthorised payments

My partner has had a unauthorised payment come out of her account which she didn’t make. It was reported to PayPal straight away but they have closed the case and deemed it no further action required. Any idea on what to do now?

When you file an unauthorised payment paypal check IP addresses to check if it came from your device/location or not.

If it did then they close the claim.

Are you sure it was not a subscription?


Check if you had one set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
