I have just received a from Meta Business for an automatic authorised payment that I did not make for $110. Paypal refuses to refund it and deem it as authorised even though it does not appear in my Meta Business account as something that I have authorised.
I have deactivated my PayPal from my Facebook account but am really annoyed that it won't be refunded when it is clearly a fraudulent transaction. Has anyone had success with getting PayPal to accept a similar charge as being fraudlent? I use PayPal because I'm supposed to be protected; clearly that's just not true and they don't even care.
