Hi A wrong transaction came to me by mistake from a user about 33,000 USD when she asked her amount back they cut from her about 1400 USD when they ask me more info I assure that it's a wrong transaction and they cut again 1400 USD several times like that between me and her then i contacted the user and transferred her amount manually to prevent any more cutting from her I was surprised that my account is minus 32,000 USD since october-2023 I was asking PayPal support to resolve it no use what should I do I contacted the user she confirmed several times that the amount is still on hold in PayPal , Please notice my account was Zero when I transacted her amount , if PayPal gets back to the transaction status they can find that 0 amounts was withdrawn from my account , Why still it's in the minus , it was cut from me twice this way and they are harming me from it ?!! , I'm receiving payments from websites I'm registered to even I need to make payments for training sessions which i could not as it's in the minus , This is unprofessional at all.
