Hellou, The seller contact me asking if I can pay him diferent way since:"My money has been frozen. I will return the money to you first. After you receive the money, you can pay me by other means. OK?" He has started refund and I got message from pay pal refunds are on the way. Is it some sort of scam? If I pay him other way can he get refund back to him? Kind regards
