Sent money to the wrong email address,

Sent money to the wrong email address, I have contacted the person and opened a dispute , she has replied to PayPal how do I respond to her through PayPal please ?

What does it say on the transaction on your paypal account?

Which option did you use to send the funds?

Which dispute did you open?

Did you request a refund from the recipient before opening a dispute and offer to pay any fee she may have been charged?

Have you escalated the dispute to a claim?

Hi I didn’t send friends and family . The transaction has gone through. I emailed the lady and she is going to check her PayPal account. I haven’t escalated to a dispute . I’ll contact her and offer to pay any out of pocket expenses. Thanks
