If a seller gives me as a buyer his full name and address and a Paypal account email(not an invoice) which is not his personal account, but his business Paypal account which is not on his name, but probably is registered on his company/business name-to make a transfer through goods&services-does it still entitle me for a buyer protection, if something goes wrong after I make the payment ? (I read user agreement and all other rules on Paypal and could find any reference to it)
