Hi there, My watch should be covered by their two year warranty as stated on their website (as there is no local authorised repair centre in my country), however despite this they are refusing to honour the warranty. They initially ignored my emails, until I left a negative review online at which point they aggressively asked me to remove this despite not resolving my complaint or answering my questions. I tried phoning them as well, however the phone number they have on their website does not appear to exist. I would therefore like to charge back the cost of this faulty watch.
I have tried to do this through paypals resolution centre however the case automatically closes as this has been longer than 180 days. Is there any way for me to take this further?
Thanks
Owen

Paypal only covers you for up to 180 days for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
Any warranties or guarantees are between you and the seller but to be honest they are not worth the paper written on if you bought internationally as they can't be enforced.
However if you bought within the UK you have the option of the small claims court?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
