Hello everyone, I have sold a pair of Laofers on Grailed to someone and when he received them he claimed that the size is smaller although i have provided the correct size on the description that matches the one printed on the loafers, even tho he opened a case on PayPal and asked for a full refund and PayPal decided that he should return the item in order to get a full refund, the thing is that he provided a false tracking number, one that does not exist and now they are asking me to give an answer before the deadline passes while the only option they giving me to select is ( ITEM RECEIVED ), i have been trying to inform them about this but i don’t know how, any help would be much appreciated.

Contact them directly, phoning is best. Although if the deadline is reached and you have not confirmed receipt of item then surely you would win unless the tracking actually did show delivery back to you?

Hey, Appreciate your help, The tracking number that he provided does not exist, i tried everywhere but still nothing, This is the the tracking number and it says it was shipped by Canada Posts : UR90164615CA Expédié par Canada Post I just wanna know if the deadline passes will they close the case on my favor since the tracking number does not exist? Because i keep receiving emails from PayPal saying if i don’t provide an answer by the end of the deadline they would close the case on the clients favor although the only option available for me to answer with is ITEM RECEIVED. Thank’s again for your help
