Restrictions on my account cannot be lifted

Hi,
my account has been restricted by PayPal and when I try to submit something via the old version of the "dispute resolution" page to resolve the issue, I keep coming back to the home page.

thanks for reporting back.
To be honest, I have no idea, but I think temporary .
My profile only says that my functions have been restricted until I send them proof of identification. If I click on the red banner (paypal.com/restore/dashboard) on the homepage, I am taken back to the homepage. And when I call up the link/page in the Help Center, there is nothing about actions I can perform or that there is a problem.
