Hello, I just got received an email saying he was scammed but I didn't even do anything and now I have a negative balance on my paypal account. How can i resolved this issue? What seller protection you have with paypal depends on many factors all listed in Paypals seller protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions. Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > seller protection.
