RATE LIMIT REACHED!

Hello i just want to ask if who's encountered the same problem with my account when my account was on limit and im trying to resolve it. It went to black screen and it has a message " Rate llimit reached " Too many Request" " Blocked due to rate limiting" Please help me because i badly need the money there. I will appreciate your answer
