Questioning a purchase from margin holdings

Is margin holdings disreputable? I ordered some merchandise, yesterday, and after seeing some of these posts, I am worried.

I do understand that you have unauthorized transaction on your account. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

Margin Holdings is a scam. Stay away! PayPal should not provide payment services to them, with all the complaints against them you would think PayPal would wise up and pull their services from them.
