Protection with in person invoice + monthly payments?

Hello, I am looking to sell a computer setup to an acquaintance and it would involve monthly payments. It would be an in person meetup, it would have an initial deposit, and two payments at the end of the next two months. If and how would this be covered by paypal? If not, what is the next best way?
