Picking up an item in person overseas

I am considering paying for a bicycle overseas to be collected by me when I arrive there in three months time.  If the bike is not available, or not what I ordered, am I covered by buyer protection?

You should really read up on paypals buyer protection before you start using paypal so you can risk assess your transactions, its not a long section.

However it does not cover items personally collected or delivered.
