Paypal limited the new account i created for my online small business for absolute no reasons at all

i just created a new account for my small business (offering digital services to my clients) the second i started getting my first payments, Paypal put them all on hold and asked for 4 documents for review, after providing all the documents requested, Paypal limited my account for absolute no reason at all, knowing that i just started a small legitimate online business and all the transactions were legitimate, that's not fair at all to place limitation on Paypal accounts of small business who have just started. we have bills to pay and our customers expect us to deliver the job, how can we do that if don't access our fund?!

Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point? They make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held money. There would have been a risk assessment on your transaction type or they were not happy with the documentation but there would be a reason.

i assure you i do not see a single reason for the limitation, the transactions were all legit and i even provided valid proofs, they didn't even review the documents manually.
