Hey all!
Anyone know why Paypal asks to add my number whenever I login into my paypal account? I understand the part about sending me a text with the code to my number but why i specifically have to reenter my number. I've already added a mobile number upon creating my account for added security so I'm not sure why it asks for me to add one each and everytime I login.
Is it a "extra" layer of security so that if someone malicious where to try and access my account they would also have to know my number as a extra form of verification?
