PayPal closed my case without explanation

I purchased a membership on patreon, where I was promised to get unlocked content.
Once I paid, it said "unlocked" but most things weren't working... it sent me to a different site where I had to connect with patreon, and then it told me I needed a higher sub to view it (livestreams).
I opened a case in PayPal, explained the situation and provided proof.
In the meanwhile, they even announced they were removing all memberships and just kept the lowest tier one, which will then have everything unlocked.
So again, I DEFINITELY should have access to it, but even to this day (two weeks after this announcement, and only one membership tier being available, it still tells me a need the 15$ tier?)
I waited many days for PayPal's response, and now I noticed they just closed my case, and I can not find any reason or explanation as of why... I also can't reopen it because when I try it won't show me any options to select and can't continue with opening the case again...
This is just really disgusting from PayPal... the person on Patreon probably didn't do this on purpose and maybe doesn't even realise it that some content is not available, but that's their fault and not mine. I don't have access to the content I paid for so I should get a refund.
What bothers me most is how paypal just closes my case without saying anything, and I can't even respond after this anymore!
PayPal really is a Seller's platform. Buyers are left to rot.

Which dispute type did you open?
Did you escalate to a claim or did it auto-close at 20 days post opening?
Did paypal make you aware of any decision IF you escalated.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
