PayPal charged me for TicketMaster even though I didn't receive tickets.

So I tried to buy tickets off ticketmaster. I set up with PayPal with 4 payments but my ticketmaster session expired apparently and PayPal still charged me but I received no tickets from ticketmaster and I can not find anyone online with the same issue I'm having or how to get a refund. Ticketmaster is impossible to contact and I can't cancel the payment on PayPal. Someone please help me!

If its showing as payment OR completed etc then click on the transaction and start an item not received dispute via the link on that details page.

If its showing as awaiting authorisation then it should time out at 30 days.
