I've been charged $525 by PIPO (SG) Pte. Ltd. without doing anything. I am not buying or clicking anything online. This is ridiculous. Please help me I need my money back. I have tried calling their hotline but they just keep on hanging up when I pass the machine. I tried to file a case on their website and they just closed my case afterward. I tried to send them a message on their website too but no one is responding. This is strange since I am very careful with my accounts. I am sure I didn't do anything to make this transaction go through. Please help me. Guess paypal is not safe to use anymore.

wow. that's actually not only me being in this situation.
Today at 13 march 24 I've got this charged by PIPO (SG) Pte. Ltd. without doing anything.
I will update all the processes here until I get my money back. (Hopefully)
- at 04.15 PM I got a notification that I paid 346.5 dollars to PIPO (SG) PTE LTD.*TikTok
I immediately emailed him to cancel the transaction.
but no reply. - around 5 PM I tried to contact PayPal assistant to ask for help. and warmly welcomed by them.
include transaction ID, transaction total, and transaction date
I was asked to complete the documents to verify. - At 05.03 PM I received an email from PayPal that the thing I reported had become a case they were examining.
- At 05.22 PM I received another email from PayPal (they responded quite quickly, didn't they) that my case was closed because there was no unauthorized use of your PayPal account. I checked my paypal and it said that my case was closed then it was decided that "Transaction funds were not returned"
- I tried again to contact the PayPal assistant but it said it was busy
So until now I haven't found a solution and am still hoping for PayPal.
I will update all the processes here until I get my money back. (Hopefully)

Update
- At 9 am March 14 2024 I again tried to contact PayPal Assistant. they answered that they would appeal my case into dispute. and wait a maximum of 10 working days
- at 9.10am I got an email from paypal telling me that paypal had appealed their previous decision. and I don't need to do anything and will provide information via email as soon as we get a response from PIPO (SG) Pte. Ltd

Update
- at 11 PM March 18, 2024 Paypal email me. that my case is updated and finally declared payment without authorization. and Payment funds will be returned to my PayPal account, I need to change my password to maintain the security of my account because there is unusual activity on my account.
- I change my password and log in. and there was a refund from PayPal, in the last activity of my account
I hope I am the last person to become a victim of this activity, and I hope my writing can help you.

I got charged too, PIPO (SG) PTE LTD.*TikTok charged me with +800$. I live in Argentina and this money was really helpful. I'm desperated. I need my money back, I did not paid for this PIPO thing. Paypal please DO SOMETHING.

I've only been charged $12, that said, I don't have much more than that in my account! I had to google who they were, I have no idea. It said they might be related to TikTok? Do I have to pay for TikTok now without warning?

I discovered today that my Paypal account paid CapCut $89 without my knowlege. I have reported it to Paypal and am now seeking a refund.
