My personal Paypal account is on limited access

My personal Paypal account is on limited access atm, just today I refunded the business money sent to my account bec. the money was put on hold, however after the refund, I can't access the fund that was left on my account. There's a red tab msg on my dashboard that says "submit info to access your funds" I don't have the required documents to submit.

Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
