My account is limited because I signed up before the age of 18

Hi ,

I was blocked because I didn't realize I opened the user when I wasn't 18 years old.

Today I am 32 years old and according to the email I understand that it is possible to open a new account in this situation, but from the customer service that there may be a situation that my phone is also blocked for registration.

I would like to know who I can contact to unblock this phone number.

After my account was blocked I received an email if my age now over 18 I can register with new email but before I do this I want to know if my old information like phone number or Credit Card can be affect on new registration.

Minor accounts would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again or remove anything from it.

However if paypal have stated you may open a new account then you can do so using information not linked to the limited account.

Thanks for the answer, the question is if there is a way to allow me to use the same phone number as was in the previous subscription
In the email I received from them, nothing appears about this except the possibility to register with a new email
