I received an urgent message from PayPal requesting me to upload a file to confirm my identity. But when I click on "add documents", the webpage shows "Thanks! You’re all set Everything checked out, so you can use your PayPal balance the way you always have. Send it, spend it or just keep it as a cushion against the unexpected".
I tried to close my account, but PayPal Assistant told me that my account was temporarily blocked. But after my verification, my PayPal has no restrictions and all other functions are normal except for closing the account.
Please help me.
