Limited account after linked kofi donated permanently limited

I linked my personal paypal account to a Ko-Fi account because I wanted to set up a way to do donations for small blog style writing I do on a Wordpress site. Everything seemed completely fine but overnight I was notified that my account was permanently limited for no discernible reason. I can’t for the life of me seem to get in touch with anyone and both have no idea why this happened in the first place and also want to gain back access to me account or at least be able to make a new one because I online shop a lot and this really ups the risk of being unable to go through PayPal

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

Do not open another paypal account as that would be banned also.
