Hi, I am a small online retailer that sells irish dance attire. We also attend competitions in person and supply them with goods and services such as make-up and affixing their wigs.
Twice now we have had limitations applied to our account - the first time we had to provide proof of postage on about 10 transactions and proof of where we purchased these items from.
Today we have been at a competition and have arrived home to find another limitation on our account and have had to prove sale and purchase information - which is quite tricky when you are at an event!
Is this normal? I'm starting to think that PayPal is not the place for us, especially as it is restricting our cash flow and we are small. Does anyone else have experience of this?
