Hello, good afternoon
I'm experiencing an issue with my transaction. I have several customers who purchased my digital products through PayPal. I have sent the digital products to their respective email addresses, according to their orders. However, within a few days, they filed claims stating that the transactions were unauthorized. I have several issues here:
- My PayPal balance has become negative because of this refund. Can I ignore it as long as I process the refund rejection from my customers? and i have some money holded by paypal, will this affect the holded money by paypal?
- I have provided evidence to PayPal showing that I have sent the files to my customers. Is this evidence sufficient?
- Will the balance in my bank account be automatically deducted because my PayPal balance is negative? I have linked my bank card to my PayPal account.
Thank you for the help !

1. If you owe paypal money by having a negative balance then they will resolve it if you receive anymore funds in to your paypal balance OR allow you up to 120 days to make it correct. They also may put account limitations in place until you sort things out. Any held money once released would be used to reduce or correct the negative balance.
2. You need to read up on paypals seller protection policy to see if you may be covered for this dispute.
3. Paypal can't help themselves to funds from your bank account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

@kernowlass A few weeks ago, someone invited me to collaborate in selling my products to their clients. They would sell them at a higher price and asked me to send the remainder to their PayPal account. After a few days, they sent some customers to me, and I also sent the money to their PayPal account (xxxx). However, I only became suspicious when their client disputed all transactions. Is this some form of money laundering or another scam?
on this case paypal wont trust me, they want me to refund them
if i cant pay this negative balance what will happened? can i use my identity and bank account to register another account?

Paypal normally allow you 120 days to clear the negative balance and if you don't they pass it on to a debt collection business to pursue for them.
You were caught in a 3rd party scam, never do 'deals' with strangers involving money.
Don't open another paypal account as you would end up with a permanent ban on both accounts, you can't open another account until you have resolved any issues on your present paypal account and closed it if you want to.
