Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Hi,

You need to cancel the subscription in PayPal, it is easy, then you need to open claims against the company within PayPal, citing never received goods or company ceased trading etc. I received refunds for both payments prior to cancelling the subscription.

I am surprised that PayPal allow this to continue, for nowhere did I read that after the initial trail payment of around 6 euros they would then see it as a given that I wished to pay into a plan.

I suffered this years back with an online auction research price catalogue called Worthpoint, I discovered I had been paying them £12 a month for years, after an initial free month trail. Nothing I did could stop it, & I must have written to them  a dozen times, they never replied.  Finally I contacted my bank & had them cancel the  subscription, only then did the company write to ask me why I had cancelled, they then bombarded me with emails.

It seems for me it was a fitness app called MuscleBooster. I was billed from Actitech Ltd, not knowing what it was from but remembered trying out this app. I just canceled my subscription within the app but won't be able to confirm until November if the subscription  is canceled

Did you cancel on paypal as well?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Yes! They are a fraudulent group based in Cyprus. You have to get a case going with PayPal. PayPal should stop payments to them. The company you felt with is a scam

Hi This just happened to me to. Acitech Limited, and Fitcoach are a part of Musle Booster. When you Sign up for Musle Boosters Trail Offer, your Automatically Agree to AutoPay. And myself included, I didn't know. Tried to get a Refund, but they won't Refund your Money or Mine. We are S. Out Of Luck.
