Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Exact thing happening to me now.  Trying to reach them to get a refund.  Crazy thing is I tried a trial back in October 2022 for a one time fee of $19.99 and now for last four months (it's now May 2023) they have been charging me through PayPal. Anyone else???

You did authorize it you just didn't read thoroughly before signing up (which I did), you're fully responsible.

So… A year ago I have subscribed this this app. I used it for the trial period and it did not work for me so I did what I thought had cancelled my subscription. Unfortunately, a year later, I realized that a certain ACTITECH LTD have been billing my PayPal account for the amount of 30,99 USD per month. When I made some research on the net, I discovered that this organization own many apps including FitCoach and that many complaints have been filled against them for fraudulent ways. Beware that if you wish to cancel your subscription, you have to send an email to their support service otherwise they will charge you indefinitely and they can raise the cost of subscription without acknowledging you by email or through the app. Again BEWARE! This could save you 372 USD !!!

I join you guys with transactions from Actitech(Yoga Go).  I first tried to call but the number is a foreign country. I emailed the address that came up on PP as well as on the app.  Is there anyway to stop auto pay from PP end?  TIA

It's a fasting monitoring app named Fast Easy. I took an half price trial wich has been charged. At the end of trial, they took full amount. You can deactivate the payment in your settings, hoping it will stop.
